A real estate development joint stock company founded and based in Egypt with a vision to bring a wealth of well integrated commercial and real estate projects through our joint shareholders. Our three major shareholders are El Tayebi Developments, A-part for Import Export and Trade, and The Steel and Concrete Company. We aim to join forces and capitalize together on the growing opportunities in the Egyptian real estate market to develop communities, while offering distinctive architectural designs, combining premier quality with practicality, and accessibility in the most premium locations in the country.

Our extensive real estate experience is inherited from El Tayebi Developments, a well-established name in the market since 2006, with a remarkable portfolio of completed high-end projects in the finest districts of Egypt, from Maadi, to New Cairo, West Golf, and reaching to Alexandria. El Tayebi Developments’ boutique development undertakings which was founded to cater to a niche clientele of expats with tailored foreign standards has enriched our expertise and paved the way for an added edge to differentiate us in the Egyptian market.

Chief Financial Officer Ali Hussein

Mr.Ali Hussein has over 35 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting, in Company’s setup, Financial systems setup, tax assessments and tax planning, management restructuring and risk assessment, accounting team building and coaching, Internal Auditing Mr. Ali Hussien holds a B.Sc. Commerce, Accounting Major Cairo University, he is also a CPA diploma holder from Colorado State Board of Accountancy.

Chief Commercial Officer Ashraf Safoury

Mr Ashraf El Safroury has over 25 years of experience in Real Estate & Hospitality field in various multinational and reputable companies. Mr Safoury holds a bachelor’s degree in law, and MBA Degree from IPE Management Business School-Paris PPA – Pole Paris Alternance.

Chief Development Officer Hossam El Sawwaf

Mr. Hossam El Sawwaf an accomplished architect with over 25 years of extensive experience in both the residential and hospitality industries. He graduated from Cairo University with a Bachelor of Science degree in architecture, acquired his certificate in professional practice & practical experience (part III) from University College Dublin and an accreditation certificate from Green Building Index of Malaysia. He is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (MRIAI) and is a licensed GBI facilitator (LEED AP equivalent).

Chief Operating Officer Omar El Tayebi

Mr. Omar El Tayebi is an Egyptian entrepreneur with 5 years of experience through which he managed to work in many fields related to finance, retail, and real estate. Mr Omar El Tayebi holds a bachelor degree in Business Economics from University of California, Riverside.
